If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund—including any delivery charges—once we confirm the issue.
All damage/defect claims must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Once we receive your claim, please send the item back to our warehouse. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after our management team inspects and verifies the damage or defect.
Approved refunds (including delivery charges) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
If you’d like an exchange (for a different size or style), please specify your desired replacement when you submit your claim. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
