Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Joota Saaz, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the steps below.

   • Your Full Name
   • Order Number
   • Items to Cancel
2. Await Confirmation
   Our customer support team will review your request and confirm the cancellation via email within 1 business day.

2. Refund Process

Online Payments

If you paid online, we will issue a refund to the original payment method only if:

• You received the wrong or damaged items, or
• Your ordered item is out of stock and we cannot fulfill it.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, our team will guide you through the refund process when you contact us. We will arrange a bank transfer or another method as needed.
